Jim brings over 30 years of experience to his role as your advisor.  He spent the early part of his career advising enterprise clients on their group insurance and other aspects of people rewards, primarily working with the heads of Human Resources and other senior executives at large organizations. He did this by leading them through broad-based assessments of the types of employees that they wanted to attract and retain and then building HR programs (including health insurance) that would ensure success in accomplishing that objective in order to grow their business to optimal performance.

Subsequent to that, Jim transitioned into HR technology, implementing dozens of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems throughout the country and, in some cases, internationally.  This work was done anywhere from locally inKansas City to places as far away as Hong Kong.

Finally, Jim reached a point in his career where he wanted to truly serve individuals and families and utilize his extensive knowledge of health insurance plans to advise and guide people through their search for the most appropriate health coverage for their particular situation.  In his current role as owner of Jim Lodge Health Advisors, he has the opportunity to do just that, helping other people everyday and bringing H.O.P.E. to them for this important aspect of all of our lives.
